Theatre and Multi-functional Space

The Theatre has recently opened in Outhouse and is beginning to be noticed as a comfortable and well-equipped space for day and evening time conferencing, meeting, performing, fitness and well-being. Its raised stage, lighting rig and excellent acoustics make it an intimate theatre performance space that Outhouse is proud to have developed and has great hopes for.

It is a multipurpose space available to hire for shows, rehearsals, auditions, workshops, performances, presentations, meetings, showcases and fitness classes.  

The Theatre is located in the basement of the Georgian building with a capacity for 70 people, with its own street entrance and wheelchair access (chair-lift).

Technical Information

·      Solid Temporary Stage 12ft x 12ft

·      Raised seating area (50 person capacity)

·      Semi-sprung, solid wood floor (no screws or nails)

·      Well heated and ventilated (including air conditioning)

·      The space can be accessed via the Centre or directly at basement level

·      Wheelchair access to Venue105 and Cafe

·      Wifi access.

Venue105 is equipped with audio visual, sound and lighting rig.

· 20-300/500w Fresnel’s c/w barn doors.

· 1 Bose amp.

· 24 1k dimmer channels

·  2 eaw speakers (flown)

·  1 Show master 48 lighting desk

 Rates: €140 per day (€20 per hour) and €35 per hour (evening)
