Board
The Board of Directors of Outhouse is a voluntary Board. Currently there are eight Directors and a Company Secretary. The Board meets monthly to review operations, address current issues, discuss and plan future events and elaborate aims. There are governance and legal issues to be addressed. Outhouse has its AGM once a year where Board is decided, audited accounts are presented and Outhouse members offer opinion and vision for the coming year, as well as reflection on year past.
