There are 3 layers to the structure of the Company.
The Board of Directors of the Company is responsible for strategic positioning and ultimate legal responsibility for company office
returns and human resources.
Board members for 2009-10 are:
David Bowman
Patrica Dowling
Malcolm Hickson
Catherine Morley
Tom Purcell
George Robotham
The Management Committee is made up of representatives from different users groups and volunteer groups in the centre and across the
community and the Board. It is responsible for the delivery and implementation of services in the Centre.
The manager and staff are responsible for day to day operations.
