We have a number of rooms of different sizes available for meetings, ranging from large rooms with a capacity of 70 to
a small therapy and treatment room with massage table.
It is outhouse policy that non-commercial unfunded groups pay only a contribution towards the overheads of
running the centre.
Our criteria for allocation of space is:
Completion of the attached Room Reservation Request Form or provision of enough information for staff to be able to complete
Purpose of the group/event meets with the aims of the organisation
OR respectful of the ethos of the organisation (in the case of short-term hire e.g. theatre groups)
Support and referral services' facilitators must:
-have basic qualifications and/or training
-have undergone supervised programme
-work in pairs in a group situation
Groups/individuals must agree to the conditions set out by outhouse regarding health and safety, building access, contribution to overheads etc.
