Tenant organisations
Outhouse hosts some tenant organisations who rent office space on the second and third floors. Their presence and activities contribute fundamentally to the life of the building. The work that these organisations do is integral to development of LGBT life both in the city and nationally. The income generated by their presence is also core to keeping the building open and running.
Marriage Equality
Marriage Equality is about giving equal rights to marriage for lesbian and gay couples on the basis that lesbian and gay people and heterosexual people are equal in the law. The organisation does important political work in lobbying and advocacy, as well as organising public awareness initiatives designed to keep the marriage equality agenda at the forefront of social change discourse in Ireland and achieve legislative reform to include LGBT. www.marriagequality.ie
Gay Men’s Health Service (GMHS)
The Gay Men’s Health Service (GMHS) provides STI clinical, outreach and counselling
services for gay and bisexual men, and men who have sex with men.
GMHS along with
Gay Health Network provides sexual health promotion, education and advice on the
prevention HIV, Syphilis, Hepatitis and other sexually transmitted infections, STIs.

Greenbow
Greenbow (Deaf LGBT), Greenbow is a organisation for deaf gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people to get together to support each other in the mainstream gay community. Initially founded in 1996, the group constituted as Greenbow in 2002 and has been serving the LGBT deaf community in Ireland since. www.greenbowdeaf.com
Gay Switchboard Dublin
Gay Switchboard Dublin provides a listening, support and referral service for lesbians, gay men, bisexual and transgender people, and anyone who needs to discuss issues relating to sexuality. GSD have been providing this confidential service to the LGBT community, their friends and families for over 30 years. www.gayswitchboard.ie
LGBT Diversity
LGBT Diversity is a coordinated national response by twelve LGBT organisations, developed
to build the capacity of the LGBT sector. The Programme facilitates LGBT organisations
and activists to collectively mobilise and engage with the wider community in order
to advocate strategically and effectively on gender and sexuality issues.The ultimate
aim of the Programme is to promote an Ireland that celebrates diversity, where LGBT
people are an integral part of society -
