Dear Prospective Volunteer,

Thanks for taking the time out to consider volunteering for outhouse. As you know our mission is to provide a safe and affirming space to members to the gay, lesbian, bi-sexual, transgender and transsexual communities in Dublin. Currently we provide meeting space for many different groups and organisations. Members of the public also call us for information or come in to use our cafe and library

We rely on the time and talents of our volunteers to provide many of our services, from greeting "walk-ins", to answering queries about resources and services, to working in the cafe. We expect that all volunteers working in these positions will be courteous and people focused. We also need people to assist with various behind the scenes activities for example, fund raising, special events, data entry, general office work and public relations.
