Reporting to the CEO, the Programmes and Services Manager is a new role at Outhouse LGBTQ+ Centre. This post offers an exciting opportunity to significantly enhance Outhouse's capacity to meet growing and evolving demand to provide essential services that will ensure LGBTQ+ people are safe, seen, and celebrated. The post holder will take a lead role in delivering Goal 2, 'Community Support: A safe, accessible space to provide information, support and services to our communities', of the organisations's new strategic plan 2023 - 2028, Space for All.

Professional Social Worker (part-time)
Reporting to the Programmes and Services Manager, the Social Worker is a new role at Outhouse LGBTQ+ Centre. This post offers an exciting opportunity to establish a first-of-its-kind professional social work service catering to LGBTQ+ people which seeks to improve their health and wellbeing. The post holder will achieve this through the implementation of an accessible, equitable, and person-centred social work service.
