Oisin O'Reilly, CEO of Outhouse LGBT+ Community Resource Centre, is an inspirational and passionate speaker on LGBT+ rights, advocacy, diversity, equity and inclusion.

Every year in June, the world comes together to celebrate Pride month and share the love and joy of being part of the LGBT+ community. Pride month is also a valuable opportunity for businesses to evaluate their diversity and discrimination policies, to embrace inclusion and educate their workforce with the help of a Pride Month speaker.

He offers a unique perspective on some of the most pivotal developments in LGBT+ issues over the last decade and a half, not least his contributions to civil marriage equality through the BeLonGToYES campaign, to securing the National LGBTI+ Youth Strategy from the government, and in growing Belong To to become a leading Irish LGBT+ organisation. Oisín’s understanding extends beyond the LGBT+ sphere, having served on the Board of the National Youth Council, where he championed youth unemployment, and in his ongoing work on the Board of the Irish Refugee Council for those seeking international protection.
